Posejnele is a small village situated in the north-east of Poland. You can check where it is on the map below.

Posejnele is a place where time stopped still and civilization hasn't done any damage to the natural world. It's located in the heart of a nature reserve where you can see pine trees dating from the time of the Napoleonic wars.

Posejnele is located 10km away from Sejny, the nearest town, and a short distance from the Lithuanian and Belorussian border. The village comprises about 20 family houses. It lies among 4 lakes, all within 500m. The one closest to our farm is just 30m from the house, and the nearest swimming lake with a beach - 200m. We are nestled at the edge of the biggest forest complex in Poland - Puszcza Augustowska; it's a mere 20m away. The nearest food store, post office and chemists' are a short drive from the house, in a small town Giby.

Going from Augustów to Sejny you must take a first turning on the left after the church in Giby Next, going forward about 1,5 km, you will pass the bridge over Marycha River and you should go through the corssroad straightly after the bridge (do not turn left !!). First crossroad in forest go forward, and second one crossroad go right. After passing 900 meters from last crossroad, turn the left when you see "Luto" on the table next to the crossroad).
